Things to Know
Do you have any tips for a successful boudoir session?
Yes! In the days leading up to your session, it’s best not to try anything new. Now isn’t the time to experiment with a new self-tanner, skincare product, or hair removal technique. If your session includes professional hair and makeup, please arrive with a clean, product-free face and dry, product-free hair. I also recommend wearing loose fitting clothing beforehand to avoid redness or lines on your skin. Be sure to stay hydrated, get a good night’s rest, and eat beforehand so you feel your best. Trust the process, take your time, and remember that you don’t need to know how to pose! I’ll guide you every step of the way.
Do I have to opt in for hair and makeup?
No, professional hair and makeup are completely optional. You’re welcome to arrive camera ready or go au natural if that feels most like you, or choose to add professional styling for a fully pampered experience. Sessions without hair and makeup are offered at a lower investment, and either option results in a beautiful, thoughtfully guided session.
Do you post my photos on social media?
Your session is completely private, and your images are never shared without your permission. Your comfort and trust are my top priority!
What do I wear?
You’ll have access to my client closet, which includes over 200 pieces of lingerie ranging from size small to 3XL. You’re welcome to wear lingerie, jeans, something cozy, a flower top, just the sheet, or nothing at all. The options are truly endless, and the session is all about what makes you feel confident. If you have a vision, creating a quick inspiration board to share is always welcome, and I’m happy to help you curate the perfect look and vibe.
Can I bring someone with me?
You’re welcome to bring a trusted friend if it helps you feel more at ease. Partners are not permitted.
How are boudoir images retouched?
All images are thoughtfully edited to enhance your natural beauty. This typically includes skin smoothing and the removal of temporary distractions like bruises, blemishes, or stretch marks. I do not reshape bodies or alter who you are. Instead, I use intentional lighting, posing, and gentle retouching to highlight your natural features so your images still look like you, just on your best day.
Will you help with posing?
Yes! I’ll guide you into flattering, natural poses while paying attention to angles, movement, and what feels comfortable for your body. You don’t need to know how to pose, I've got you!
Can I share an inspiration board for my boudoir session?
YES, inspiration boards are always welcome and encouraged. Sharing images, colors, outfits, or overall vibes helps me understand what you’re drawn to and what makes you feel confident. Whether your vision is soft and romantic, bold and edgy, or somewhere in between, inspiration boards help us get on the same page so your session feels comfortable, and completely you.
